Every Tekno Tribe order is carefully prepared and dispatched within up to 3 working days of purchase.

Carriers
We ship via a range of trusted carriers including Yodel, Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD depending on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note: it is completely normal for your tracking number to show little or no activity in the early stages of your parcel's journey. Tracking updates typically become more frequent and detailed during the last leg of delivery, when your parcel is with the final carrier. So don't worry if things look quiet at first — your order is on its way!

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over £95 to UK, EU, and US destinations. Please note that free shipping may not apply in conjunction with certain promotional codes — this will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery.
How to Return
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
